QUALITY CONTROL

HIGH LEVEL SUPERVISION

Our quality control department co-ordinates constant on-site supervision with all personnel and crew leaders in order to ensure that contract requirements are accomplished and results conform to our standards.

INSPECTION

Our inspection department conducts regularly scheduled and non-scheduled on-site inspections.  Our inspections are conducted during the day which allows us to see opportunities for improvement.  Our department uses a predetermined criteria and grading system to evaluate the performance of our personnel and overall janitorial services.   A performance rating report  is then submitted to our clients monthly.

In addition, a non-compliance report is created for areas requiring improvement.  This report is then reviewed in detail with the on-site crew in order to immediately rectify any deficiencies.

HIRING AND TRAINING

The recruiting process consists of a complete and meticulous background verification process.   Trustworthiness, reliability and attention to detail are major factors in determining hiring criteria.  Our personnel is continuously trained and updated on technical and customized cleaning programs.

COMMUNICATION

Every facility is provided with a Communication Log Book.  This logbook is placed where on-site crew leaders, personnel and assigned management can access at all times.  This communication tool is used to record special work requests, notes or remarks pertaining to the services.  The logbook is verified daily before the on-site crew commences services.
